Art Garcesa, our North Dallas representative, brought two road bikes to Gatesville. One for Monty Van Horn and another for Jack Thompson. Jack and Monty have been riding Ebikes but was toying with the idea of having a traditional road bike. Monty had mentioned trying out a road bike while riding the Freeze Your Fanny with Art in February. Jack's bike had some maintenance issues so our maiden ride was cut short so we could tear it down and verufy what parts we needed to order. Since then Monty has ridden his bike, Grace, over 200 miles and Jack is tacking on miles to his bike, EV-E, as well. Art and Monty are going to be meeting again soon for the Ride of Honor in Athens.
