It has been another busy week for the Christian Cycling Texas Spoke. This reporting period, we were not attending rallies or special events as usual but that didn’t keep us from racking up miles on the bikes and shining our lights for Jesus!

On or about 6 November 2023 - Jim Boland (Farmersville Area Rep) along with his lovely wife (and coach), Bonnie, did some RV’ing at the Bella Vista RV Park near Bentonville Arkansas. While training on the mountain trails, he was shining his light, sharing Jesus with those he met. Jim Boland squeezed in over 40 miles this reporting period. Thanks for the report, Jim!

On Veterans Day, Thomas Goes and Deepak rode over 31 miles. Thomas accrued over 50 miles for the week. Great job Guys! Keep the rubber down and shine your lights

During this week, one of our fellow Zwifters (and our Houston Rep), Drew Walters, rode 85 plus miles.

Art Garcesa (North Dallas Area Representative) also racked up over 50 miles. On one of the rides, Armando and Thomas joined him.

Our brother, Dustin Palmer knocked out over 80 miles and Eddie Anderson completed about 50 miles this week. Our Waco Area Representative, Robert Gozales, was able to get back in the saddle and ride over eight miles. Praise the King indeed! Prayers continue brother.

Our Austin/Cedar Park Representative, Ryan Schmidt rode almost 100 miles and possibly did over that, since I harvested this info on Saturday night. He didn’t ride the flats either! He went almost 4,000 feet in elevation. Great job brother!!  Terry Grimm was able to get in nearly 70 miles this week.

I, (Monty) got in over 100 miles riding my trainer. I am still getting used to things, but it is a great asset. I am looking forward to riding with fellow riders on Monday, Lord willing. One of the trainer rides was a virtual ride for the HEB Cameron Park Zoo Stampede.

Dustin and Deana (Belton) and Nick and Doraine (Harker Heights) didn’t ride any recordable miles but without a doubt did ride the most unique ride while on their vacation cruise. Check out the picture of them on the Skyride.
